Adam W., Granstaff, 74 years of age, died at the home of his son Harry E. Granstaff, 521 east Main street, Monday morning at 4:45 o’clock. Death was caused by a stroke of apoplexy. He was born at Duncan Falls, O, on March 7, 1850 and was married in September 1877 to Miss Cannie A. West. For the past four years he has been making his home with relatives and during the last six weeks has been at the home of his son here. He is survived by six children: Mrs. Maude Lotus, Logansport; Harry E. Granstaff, Crawfordsville; Mrs. Fannie Loutz, Burnettsville; Mrs. Nina Norris of Kansas City, Mo; Charles B. Granstaff, Indianapolis and Chester Granstaff of Chicago; three brothers, Moses, William and Peter Granstaff, Zanesville, and 7 grandchildren. Funeral arrangements have not been made.
